Training

We currently offer a men’s rugby union team, and a mixed-gender team for tag rugby during summer months.

We recommend bringing a water bottle to training, and rugby boots if you have them (although first-timers are not expected to have boots, trainers are fine).

To cover the pitch rental and club costs, we ask non-members for a voluntary donation of €5 for each session (payable by cash or via Revolut) however first-time visitors are welcome free of charge.

To start training with the Cork Hellhounds, or if you have any questions, email hello@corkhellhounds.ie or send us a message via Facebook or Instagram.

Men’s Rugby Union (Contact/Full Rugby)

Tag Rugby (Mixed Gender)

Those interested in playing tag rugby with us are welcome to join our Tuesday evening training sessions listed above, where we practice common skills and exercises together, before splitting into tag and contact groups for specialised training. We take part in Cork Tag Rugby‘s spring and summer leagues from April.
