Cork Hellhounds RFC is an LGBT-inclusive rugby club based in Cork, Ireland. We were established in October 2020 with the aim of promoting rugby among the LGBT community and their allies in Cork and the wider Munster region.

We currently offer a men’s contact (union) rugby team and a mixed-gender tag rugby team (during tag season, typically April to September). Training is held twice weekly in Cork city, where complete beginners and experienced players are welcome to take part, regardless of sexuality or gender identity.

Saturday, July 23; 12:30pm | Cork Pride Tag Rugby Tournament | Musgrave Park

We train twice a week at Mahon Rugby Grounds on the Ringmahon Road in Cork (click here for Google Maps):

  • Tuesday evenings, 7-8:30pm
  • Sunday mornings, 11am-1pm

We recommend bringing a water bottle to training, and if you have them, rugby boots and a mouthguard for contact training. To cover the pitch rental and club costs, we ask non-members or newcomers for a voluntary donation of €5 for each session, payable by cash or via Revolut.

To start training with the Cork Hellhounds, or if you have any questions, email or send a message via Facebook or Instagram.
